URL Status Checker provides professional tools for:

• Checking HTTP status codes for single or multiple URLs
• Monitoring DNS propagation across global DNS servers
• Analyzing website availability and response times
• Providing troubleshooting guidance for common HTTP errors
• Exporting results in various formats (CSV, etc.)
• Saving favorite URLs for quick access (authenticated users)
• Bulk URL checking via file upload (authenticated users)

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account using Google OAuth or other authentication methods we provide. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at snapitsaas@gmail.com.

Pricing Plans: We offer various subscription tiers, including Free, Starter, Pro, Premium, Business, and Enterprise plans. Each plan has different features, rate limits, and pricing as displayed on our website.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis (as selected) and will automatically renew unless canceled. Payment processing is handled through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years of service, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

Rate Limits: Usage of the Service is subject to rate limits that vary by subscription plan:

• Free Plan: 4 checks per day (anonymous users) or 8 checks per day (authenticated users)
• Starter Plan: 20 checks per day
• Pro Plan: 50 checks per day
• Premium Plan: 100 checks per day
• Business Plan: Unlimited checks
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited checks with priority processing

Fair Use: You agree not to abuse the Service by attempting to circumvent rate limits, creating multiple accounts for excessive usage, or using automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Service in ways not explicitly permitted. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable limits on your use of the Service to ensure fair access for all users.

URL Limits: Each check can include up to 100 URLs. Exceeding this limit may result in request rejection or account suspension.

Ownership: The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, design elements, trademarks, logos, and branding, is owned by SnapIT Software LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Service; (b) modification or derivative works of the Service; (c) downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; (d) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

User Content: You retain all rights to the URLs you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your submitted URLs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Use the Service to check URLs for illegal, malicious, or harmful websites
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with us or develop competing products

NO WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

ACCURACY OF RESULTS: While we strive to provide accurate status code information and DNS data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any results provided by the Service. You acknowledge that network conditions, third-party services, and other factors beyond our control may affect the accuracy of results.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPIT SOFTWARE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapIT Software LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party, including any intellectual property rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) violation of our usage policies; (c) fraudulent or illegal activity; (d) requests by law enforcement or government agencies; or (e) extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google OAuth: For authentication and account management
• Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management
• AWS DynamoDB: For data storage and retrieval
• External DNS services: For DNS propagation checking

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Service.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware. You waive any objection to venue in such courts and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, except as otherwise provided herein. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapIT Software LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet failures, or disruptions to third-party services.
